We produce kinds of forged body, the bodies are mainly used for valves, meters and other equipments. 

Compare with the casted body, the quality of forged valve meter body is much better, the forged body is suitable for the high pressure valves. In general, the casted body prone to defects, like the shrinkage cavity, slag, but the forged body will not had these defects, the forged body had the perfect tightness on its internals. 

Our materials of forged valve meter body: stainless steels, carbon steels, alloy steels, 316L, 316, 304L, 304, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4418, 1.4432, 1.4462, 2205, F51, A105, F11, S355J2, Ck45, etc. 

We also had the competences of machining, painting, assembling, so it is OK for us to supply the finished forged body with complete machined, CNC turned, milled, drilled, threaded, painted, assembled, etc. 

In addition, we can do the pressure tests in our factory, so it’s not a problem for us to supply the perfect forged bodies.
