DGS Industrial Plastic Shredder high versatility and high stability1.Product Introduction of the DGS Industrial Plastic ShredderThe DGS Industrial Plastic Shredder have been designed for the most demanding and high throughput applications in recycling industry. The concave ground, aggressive 4-way rotating knives are mounted in the grooves of the profiled rotor with special knife holders. Rotor blades on the knife holder are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.The hydraulically operated ram feeds the material automatically in the rotor’s cutting chamber by load-related controls. The hydraulic pusher has an independent power systems with solid structure and smooth operation .Main shaft is driven by a gear box mounted outside the machine and separate to the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt penetrating into the oversized bearings.
