WSM series of horizontal ball mill

Horizontal ball mill is also called the cylindrical grinding machine, which is a kind of powder grinding equipment and has the widest application scope and the largest quantity of application in the powder processing field.
The structure of the WSM horizontal ball mill is characterized in that: it has a horizontal hollow cylinder rotating around the horizontal axis with grinding media and milled material inside .The media and material will fall by gravity when they are elevated to a certain height with the cylinder rotating. The material is crushed under the influence of extrusion, friction, impact, grind, shear and so on by media movement. WSM horizontal ball mill are very mature for both the structure and the process configuration, simple and convenient to operate and reliable to work with strong ability to adapt to the working conditions. It can be carried out with dry grinding, wet grinding or lubricated grinding and can be coarse, fine or super fine, the product particle size ranges from 5 mm to about 1 um and could handle all kinds of materials with different hardness.。
The optional nylon, PTFE, stainless steel, aluminum, manganese, etc. lining, and can according to user requirements with variable frequency speed regulating mechanism.
