The feature of WSJ serial octagon ball mill: the ball mill barrel is made to be octagonal or hexagonal from the design perspective which makes the motion state of lift, impact, friction and shear of the materials between the grinding media to change compared with the ordinary roller mill, so as to improve the efficiency of the ball mill and the mix.
Considering the convenience for the load and unload, the ball mill barrel position of WSJ serial octagon ball mill adopts the photoelectric controller from the perspective of design, which can be connected with user's stainless steel sieving machine and other equipments, making the operation more easy. It can also be customized according to the users’ requirements that make the ball mill barrel be tilt angle and internal octagonor cooling or install a closed dust cover to avoid dust pollution during discharge.
This barrel lining could choose nylon, tetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, stainless steel, alumina, zirconia, manganese steel, etc.
