PVC sheet extrusion line

PVC Sheet Extrusion Line mainly composed of feeder, plastic extruder, sheet mould, roller calender, oven/corona treating unit, haul-off unit, printing, cutter, stacker or coiler and peripherals.

Rigid PVC sheet mainly uses conical twin screw extruder, while soft PVC sheet use single screw extruder.


This PVC sheet making machine is mainly used for making different types sheet as customers' requirements depends on changing some parts of machine. The sheet machine with high capacity, low power cost, reliable performance, easy to maintain etc.
