1. Specified screw design of profile get better plasticizing and more stable extrusion. For high filling formula, screw made by imported material with alloy sleeve treatment barrel can guarantee perfect solution. 

2. The concept of the spider extrusion die guarantees homogeneous melt distribution and ideal residence time profile over whole flow cross-section. Reasonable extrusion die design is very important to PVC pipe extrusion. 

3. Vacuum calibration tank adopts high-efficiency two chambers which bring fast cooling, first chamber adopts spraying cooling for taking thermal quickly, second chamber adopts dip tank for cooling enough time. Cooling system is very important to extruder machine process. 

4. The haul-off machine adopts two belt structures which are more stable and reliable. It can realize the stable traction for 12mm-63mm extrusion pipe, each traction belt can be independent controlled by imported invertors or servo motors. 

5. Chip-free cutting machine controlled by PLC, extrusion is with higher length control accuracy and higher cutting efficiency. 

6. This CPVC pipe machine is used for making both CPVC and UPVC pipes. 

7. The whole PVC pipe extrusion machine is all easy to operate, low power consumption and stable working.
