Vacuum Distillation Reactor

Vacuum Distillation Reactor includes reaction kettle, heater, distillation device, vacuum suction device, safety protection and control / measure instruments. Can distill or separate reactants with different boiling point.

Main material	Contacting material inside kettle mainly use 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), also can be produced by titanium (TA2), nickel, zirconium, hastelloy, etc, or lined with PTFE, PPL, PFA and Ni (Ni6) according to different requirements of reaction media.
Opening port of conventional kettle lid	Needle Valve on Gas Port and Liquid Port, Bottom Insert Tube for sampling or inlet use, Pipe Plug on Solid Charging Port, Platinum Resistance (PT100) on measuring and controlling Temperature Port (on kettle/jacket/distillation), Pressure Gauge / Vacuum Gauge and Safety Device (Blasting Disc) on Security Blasting Port.
Controller Device	Equipped with automatic or programmed PID or PLC to achieve: Temperature display and control, accuracy ± 1 ℃ (or ±0.1 ℃); Mixing Speed display and control; Pressure display and control; Level display and control; Flow display and control; Valve open/close control, etc.
Other Accessories	The structure of Vacuum Distillation Reactor can be made completely as per customer’s request. Equip with vacuum pump to achieve negative pressure, can also assemble other instruments as per request.
