I. Introduction:

Wet strength release agent is our patented technology product. It can effectively decompose the anti-water hydrogen bonds of all types of wet strength agent, and thus decomposes wet strength ingredients, destroys the paper wet strength. Specifically for the dissociation of various types of waste paper which contains wet strength agent, completely solve the difficulties of making the pulp. After dissociation, the pulp is wash-free and can be made to paper directly, which can greatly reduce your cost.

II. Technical Indicator:

Appearance: white powder

Active ingredient＞98%

PH value: 7.5 (1% water solution)

Dosage: 0.3-0.9 (oven-dry pulp)

III. Method of Application:

Add into the pulp, the water temperature should be above 65℃, add caustic soda (or liquid caustic soda), adjust the PH value of water system to 10 or above, add waste paper, then add dehumidizer, mix for 30-45 minutes. (Preferably go through beater or disc mill).
