Pharmaceutical Vibratory Feeder is mainly used to screening or classifying liquid or materials of small quantity or with less impurity. It is widely used in laboratories and research departments of defense industry, light industry, agriculture, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, ceramic and so on.  

Bowl feeder adjustment steps and main points:

(1) Confirm that the vibration body is securely locked on the disk surface;

(2) the controller button to the middle position or transferred to the number 130 ~ 180;

(3) Turn on the power to see if the speed of the vibration plate has reached the requirement.

(4) If it does not meet the requirements, do not disconnect the power supply and loosen any one of the fixing screws of the locking shrapnel to check the vibration speed;

Bowl feeder tips:

Under the bowl feeder hopper, there is a pulse electromagnet, which can make the hopper vibrate in the vertical direction. The inclined spring plate drives the hopper to make a torsional vibration around its vertical axis. Hopper parts, due to this vibration and spiral along the track rise. In the process of ascension, after a series of orbital screening or attitude changes, the parts can be automatically assembled or machined in a unified state according to the requirements of assembly or processing. The purpose of its work through the vibration of the orderly arrangement of disordered workpiece automatically ordered neat and accurate delivery to the next procedure.
