Thankful knot is a new type of temporary plugging steering product for fracturing. Compared with the traditional temporary plugging ball, it can plug all kinds of round and irregular shaped perforations more effectively. It is an ideal solution for new well completion and re-fracturing operations.
Thankful has developed a series of low temperature(20-60°C), medium (60-90°C), high temperature(90-150°C) knot products, can adapt to different ambient temperatures. It has good dissolution and degradation properties. Currently commonly used sizes are: 14-16mm, 16-18mm,18-20mm,20-22mm,26-28mm. Knots can be customized according to the actual needs of the customer with the corresponding size and dissolution rate.
The knot is mainly composed of the knot body and the spherical shell. The body is woven by degradable fibers and plays a major role in plugging. The spherical shell is mainly made of degradable plastic injection molding and can be degraded within a specified time to protect the knot.
